…a person has to drag everyone he/she knows into a fight that was clearly a strict “you and me” type of problem. What? Too sad to deal with it on your own, so you just had to tell everyone in order for them to comfort your sorry self?
I pity you. You need to learn when to keep things to yourself & when to deem a situation fit or not to bring an outside party into it.
So during Valentines week as well as the week after that, my schedule was pretty hectic.
I was practically in and out of the house the whole time!
Nope. I did not spend Valentines with any boy whatsoever. I spent it with my best friend, and I shared it with a couple of old friends that we had bumped into at the mall! <3
It was such a lovely and fun day. I bumped into a lot of (pleasant) people that were surprised to see me, and I was really happy to see them again, too! I was glad that my day wasn’t ruined by anything or anyone. It was perfect!
So I wasn’t able to get any pictures of the game play itself (someone show me how to, for I do not know!). But I was quite happy that one of my two favorite moments of the ship I am so confused of; Hope x Serah, was on Google!
The first time I saw Hope in the game - well, it wasn’t really Hope. It was more of his boomerang (Hahah!), I was literally screaming like a crazy fangirl. I had seen pictures of him weeks after I had seen the trailer itself (luckily I had stumbled upon it on the day it was released), and I was left gaping. He was sooo hoott! Sure, I found him cute during FFXIII, but FFXIII-2, dayuuumnnn puberty. Excuse me, I have to wipe my drool.
I can’t say I’m a big fan of Snow x Serah (when I had discussed this with my siblings, they weren’t fans of this pairing as well - even my brother who normally wouldn’t bother himself about such things).
I was quite excited when I saw the trailer and my eyes had been dead set on Noel. He was really good looking! Not to mention the first conversation he had with Serah in the game literally threw me off. I laughed so hard.
Maybe it was when he had handed her Mog, the Moogle (originally from Lightning), or maybe it was when they had first ridden two separate Chocobos together. Either way, I fell in love with the Noel x Serah ship! They were just too adorable!
Noel really does resemble Tidus from FFX. From the clothes to the attitude.
But then came Yaschas Massif. I was absolutely terrified! I won’t spoil any more for the players yet to play the game. All I’m going to say is… the light is your friend. Stick to the light!
By the end after defeating a certain something I won’t say anything about (no more spoilers for enemies), a boomerang came in and I was just… screaming like crazy. That boomerang was sooo familiar!
In the end, this and that happened, and bam! Hello, Hope.
Err, correction. Hello Hope x Serah.
One of my favorite scenes:
I was laughing as well at some parts. Screaming, “TAKE THAT YOU, INTERN!” Once you play the game, I’m sure you’ll understand why I did what I did. Hahah!
So basically I’m torn in the middle.
But I don’t think that either will happen in the end (what with the circumstances and whatnot). Of course, Snow x Serah will most likely happen in the end. But I’m not at all sad about it.
And I guess that’s basically it. I posted this for the sole purpose of informing you guys about my new ship - err, ships, anyway.
And on a side note: If you type in google, “Serah x” the first thing that you’ll see will be “Serah x Noel” TEEHEE.
Hope, I STILL THINK YOU’RE HOTTTT. YOU CAN BE MINE!
& I won’t be tagging FFXIII-2. Human nature. Despite the fact that they don’t want to be spoiled ( + the fact that I added the warning above), I’m sure they’ll still check this out.
So the Final Fantasy XIII-2 game came out yesterday!
I was quite shocked because I had no idea at all! I was at the house the whole day. Only when my brother had arrived did he knock on my door and said that there was a surprise or something of that sort.
I had no idea why he was holding a paper bag that had a logo of a game store on it. Only when he had pulled out a rectangular object and flipped it to the front, face up, did I realize what it was!
It was the Final Fantasy XIII-2 game for xbox 360! I didn’t even know it was out yet, nor did I have an idea when it was supposed to be out.
My brother had even told me a funny story. He was just looking through game shops and saw the FFXIII-2. He didn’t even realize that today was the date of the release! Only when he had come home and had googled it and told me did we both laugh.
The game… my gosh, the game is really… something.
Very, very epiccccc.
I was practically gaping while the intro scene played.
So far, I think Chocobo riding seems pretty fun.
Monsters popping out of nowhere? Not so much.
Time traveling. Now that’s something.
I’m very much excited to see Hope! That darling! By the looks of the preview pictures (and his picture on the calendar that I will show later), he’s turned pretty handsome!
Thanks to FFXIII-2, I have converted into a Noel x Serah shipper. Omfgzzz.
They work so adorable together! They make a really amazing pair, especially when it comes to battling.
And here’s the adorable FFXIII-2 calendar that came along with the game! It comes in a glass-like casing that can fold at the back so it can stand upright. The character pictures differ based on the months (I had moved the January card to the back, since it is February today). Because of this, I will most likely be redesigning my room.
And on a side note: Does anyone else think that Maqui resembles Uzumaki Naruto?
So here’s my update! Haven’t posted anything in a LOOONG time.
So I was looking around my folders and I came across sort of old pictures that I should have posted but forgot to on my Tumblr. This was only taken on my iPhone, due to the fact that I was so excited to start reading. Forgive the quality!
It’s part of the whole blogging experience, I guess?
Anyways, so yeah. Last 3rd of January, 2011. I got a package sent by my uncle from NYC in the States. I was quite happy and whatnot because my Harry Potter Hardcover Box Set had arrived!
I think my uncle got it from Barnes and Noble. I’m not entirely sure. Doesn’t really matter though. I LOVED IT.
It has its very own cardboard box thing, so my uncle didn’t need to bother about finding another box to ship it in. I was quite shocked though. I found out the shipping price of this and… yikes! Quite expensive since the box set is really heavy, and they charge shipment in JAC based on the weight of the package. I was beyond happy, nonetheless once I had gotten it.
I picked up reading on the 4th book (since I had the first book, and I borrowed the 2nd and 3rd book). I managed to finish Goblet of Fire in less than 24 hours. It was quite funny how my friend had told me that she had found it boring in comparison to the other books.
I absolutely adored it.
The cute box came with a small book thingy that had stickers in it. Stickers that had logos of: Diagon Alley, Hogwarts Express, etc
The main reason why I wanted the hardcover box set was because it came with a Harry Potter trunk.
I found it really cute, especially when I saw the sticker on top. It had the Hogwarts Stamp, and “Delivered To” printed right beside.
I’m still debating whether or not to get the Harry Potter Film Wizardry, Page to Screen, as well as the Tales of Beedle the Bard.
And I guess that’s basically it! :)
Look up the definition, darling. You clearly do not know what it means. ♥
Well this day was quite uneventful.
I woke up pretty early though (6 in the morning! Let’s keep this up!), and ate breakfast. Then I watched a rerun of Ellen on 2nd Avenue (Logan Lerman. Hnnggghh) and felt tired when noon came around. Slept through the whole afternoon and woke up around 7 in the evening, then watched True Beauty on ETC. It’s almost 11 in the evening, and I’m preparing Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, but I can’t find the damn Ruffles bag. How am I supposed to watch my favorite movie when I don’t have something to munch on? :(
I might put off the movie till tomorrow (after I get my hands on another bag of Ruffles).
Looking forward to tomorrow! My uncle called the other day and informed me that my JAC package might arrive tomorrow. Fingers crossed! So envious that my sibs got theirs last Dec. -something 2011. Our packages were separated for certain custom reasons. Urgh, oh well! Good things come to those who wait. :)
Other than that, I’m quite glad that I decided to revisit the (mass amount of) bookmarks on my iTouch. I came across a particular Alice in Wonderland (Tim Burton) inspired fanfiction that I read in the past. Holy shit, man. Just… holy shit. I forgot how awesome it was. Instant re…fave. Haha!
I fell in love (all over again) with the Cheshire Cat.
Speaking of cats, I think I hear the - mating calls belonging to a pair of alley cats out my open window. Oh my gosh. Seriously? Haha!
I guess the (Cheshire) Cat has always intrigued me. Even when I first watched it as a child on the cartoon Disney version. Something about a cat being able to vanish and reappear whenever it pleased - wherever it pleased - amazed me. Not to mention when I saw Tim Burton’s Cheshire Cat - Homfg, hnnggg. - Too adorable. It’s all thanks to this particular marvelous fanfiction (that I fortunately happened to cross paths with once again) that I fell in love with Alice in Wonderland. The author’s portrayal of the Cheshire cat in her story as well reminded me of my interest in this conniving, manipulative, little feline. :)
I’ve pretty much gotten addicted to Alice in Wonderland…again. :)
This will pretty much be my personal blog (I’ve been meaning to create one for a long time now, but I guess the perfect timing never struck till now), and I guess it fits that it’s the 1st of January.
Hmm. What else?
My penname? I guess that’s quite obvious. Roses for the Red Queen - huuuuraahh.
And I guess that’s it. :)
